Challenge:
An international client sought to audit its HR and risk management frameworks, requiring planning documents, design adequacy reviews, effectiveness testing, and reporting support. Given the breadth of the programme, the challenge was to ensure timely delivery of phased milestones while maintaining audit quality.

Our Approach:

In parallel, our team supported risk management fieldwork, progressing from initial testing through to 50% and full completion stages. Reporting support was provided throughout to ensure findings were communicated effectively.
